Ludgy A. LaRochelle focuses his practice on providing entrepreneurs and small businesses with practical solutions to their business and legal issues. Mr. LaRochelle’s practice consists of a wide variety of transactional fields, including corporate governance, healthcare, commercial real estate, employee benefits, antitrust issues and regulatory compliance. He also has special expertise in the unique field of campaign law.
Mr. LaRochelle began his academic career at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. After completing his undergraduate studies, he attended the University Of Dayton School of Law, where he received his J.D. Currently, Mr. LaRochelle is attending the Nance College of Business at Cleveland State University, where he will receive a Master’s in Business Administration.
Mr. LaRochelle is a member of the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, and the West Shore Bar Association. He is married and resides in Cleveland.
