Cynthia G. Schumaker is an associate with Licata & Toerek. Ms. Schumaker earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Case Western Reserve University, and she earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.

While in law school, Ms. Schumaker was very active in a variety of law school associations, including the St. Thomas More Society and the Sports & Entertainment Law Society. Most notably, Ms. Schumaker was involved with the Intellectual Property Law Society for which she served as the President in her final year. Ms. Schumaker was also a semi-finalist in the Walter J. Rice Moot Court Competition.

Ms. Schumaker is admitted to the Bars of the Supreme Court of Ohio and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association.
